In support of the Missile Defense Agency’s Director for International Affairs, A²I is seeking a Senior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst in Dahlgren, VA.  

The Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst will prepare Foreign Military Sales (FMS) related briefings and documentation, provide technical expertise, and support FMS case management activities. The FMS Analyst will review FMS acquisition and program documentation, such as strategies, plans, analyses, and estimates for program management reviews, financial management reviews, and case development.  In addition, the FMS Analyst will also coordinate with internal and external organizations, make recommendations, finalize documentation, and secure disclosure approval or submit final response during programmatic review process.  The FMS analyst will also assist in the conduct of and participate in FMS meetings and attend authorized related FMS conferences. Research, analysis, and presentation of briefings to international forums may also be required.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

1. Aegis Weapon System (AWS) experience and an understanding of how the Aegis ships track and engage air targets.
2. Knowledge of the SPY radar.
3. Understanding of the Mission Planner and how it’s used to plan and setup BMD engagements.
4. Understanding of Aegis Computer Systems such as Command and Decision (CND) computer and Weapons System Computer (WSC).
5. Basis understanding of Aegis using Common Data Link Management System (CDMLS) to share information between AWS and land-based systems.

Education Requirement:  Candidates must have at least a BA/BS Degree and 15+ years related experience.  Master's Degree is preferred.

Clearance Requirement:  Active Secret clearance is required.
