    Allied Associates International is looking for a Red Hat Developer to be a part of a small team building a web portal on a secure network. 

    Responsibilities

    The Red Hat Developer will be responsible for migration of a secure network from Red Hat 5 to Red Hat 7. When this migration is complete, the developer will be responsible for development and maintenance of a web-based information sharing platform to be utilized within a SCIF. Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

    • Plans, conducts, and coordinates software development activities.
    • Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business/mission problems or questions in computer language for solutions by means of data processing equipment.
    • Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software, subject matter to be programmed in business/mission applications, information processing techniques used, and information gathered from system users to develop software.
    • Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, and compiles documentation of program developments, input data acquisitions, programming techniques, and controls.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software, subject matter to be programmed in business/mission applications, information processing techniques used, and information gathered from system users to develop software.
    • Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, and compiles documentation of program developments, input data acquisitions, programming techniques, and controls.
    • Bachelor's degree and 15 years of relevant experience required

    Must have an active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility to obtain a polygraph.
