  • Overview

    Allied Associates International (A2I) is seeking personnel to support the US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Capability Manager (TCM) for Space and High Altitude and the Future Warfare Center of the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command (USASMDC/ARSTRAT) in support of all aspects of system capability development including conducting analysis; determining, prioritizing, and documenting requirements for doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and policy (DOTMLPF-P). 

    Responsibilities

    This work will also support the development of concepts and plans; facilitating the conduct of studies, tests, training, and exercises; and provide support to enable the horizontal and vertical integration of Space and High Altitude (SHA) capabilities into the Army and DoD. Personnel will prepare and staff Joint Capability Integration & Development System (JCIDS) documents. Personnel will represent soldiers' interest throughout the requirements and acquisition processes and will coordinate with material developers.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Degree required: Bachelor’s degree required; experience in certain fields may be a substitute
    • Familiar with Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS) documents and the JCIDS process
    • Familiar with synchronizing doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and policy (DOTMLPF-P) domains and working solutions to challenges
    • Experience with any US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Capability Manager (TCM) office and operations (1- 2 years)
    • Must have an active Top Secret clearance

    Desired:

     

    • Operational experience with Space Operations in USASMDC/ARSTRAT (5 – 10 years)
    • Experience with TCM for Space and High Altitude or Experience with the Future Warfare Center USASMDC/ARSTRAT (1 year +)
    • Experience in planning, coordinating and working with material developers on acquisition and fielding issues.
    • Excellent communications skills
    • Any experience in High Altitude operations would be a plus.
