Overview

A²I is a dynamic, technology-based company focused on providing professional, technical and operational support in missile defense, cyber security, testing and evaluation, acquisition process management and domestic and international program strategies.

Responsibilities

Contractor lead for matters relating to export/disclosure.  Duties will include, in no particular order:

 

  1. Reviewing and commenting on export licenses staffed customer
  2. Reviewing commodity jurisdiction requests
  3. Monthly reviews/tracking of license requests and status
  4. Assisting with foreign disclosure and foreign release processing matters
  5. Assisting government lead by attending meetings with other stakeholders

Qualifications

It will require an understanding of:

 

  1. The BMD system architecture and components
  2. ITAR and the roles of State, DoD, and MDA in its implementation
    1. Working knowledge of exemptions and MDA’s internal process for using them
    2. Delegation of disclosure authority
  3. Basics of U.S. foreign relations, military-to-military cooperation efforts and protocols

In addition to being resident export compliance SME (responsible for

conducting reviews and providing recommendations to USG client regarding

disposition of license application and commodity jurisdiction requests),

the candidate will be conversant in international security

issues, to include foreign disclosure policy, Aegis BMD critical program

information, and technology security review processes.   

 

 

Must have an active Secret clearance.
